Child Safety Standards - Flamesy

Flamesy is an adult dating and matchmaking service operated by MB Creations. Flamesy is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Flamesy has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, communication, or activity that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child. This includes grooming, sextortion, sexual exploitation, trafficking of children for sexual purposes, or any attempt to facilitate such activity.

2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited on Flamesy. Users must not create, upload, share, request, distribute, promote, or otherwise facilitate CSAM through the Flamesy service.

If Flamesy becomes aware of CSAM on the service, we will take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law, including removing the material or account where appropriate and making reports to the relevant authorities when required.

3. Reporting Safety Concerns

Users can report inappropriate profiles, content, or behaviour using the reporting features available within the Flamesy app. Users may also block other users where the app provides that option.

Child safety concerns can also be reported to us at help@flamesy.com.

4. Review and Enforcement

We review reports and may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or permanently remove accounts that violate these Child Safety Standards, our Terms & Conditions, or applicable law. We may also take additional action where necessary to protect users and comply with legal obligations.

5. Protection of Minors

Flamesy is not intended for minors. Users must be at least 18 years old to use the service. If we identify an account belonging to a person under 18, we may remove or disable that account and take appropriate steps regarding associated data.

6. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Flamesy and MB Creations are committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where required by law, confirmed CSAM or child sexual exploitation may be reported to the appropriate national, regional, or law-enforcement authority.
